Dutch pale lager.
A smooth fruitiness and soft style Cider. Good in cooking adding a little extra character to the stock for casseroles and stews. Try gently poaching fresh fruit in it with a pinch of mixed spices, or use it to soak and cook dried fruits such as apricots, apple rings, figs or prunes. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
We have three keg taps at the Vale serving various keg beers from other breweries and our own.
We have two cider pumps serving various guest cider from small producers from all over the UK including local cider from SIDA of Macclesfield.
Italian sparkling wine is very much in vogue often out selling Champagne. It is more affordable and it doesn’t need to be a special occasion drink, it’s far more fashionable than Champagne and many would say it tastes better!
